Richardson Duck Creek Homeowners Association (RDC-HOA) is a non-profit volunteer HOA, Established in 1992

Duck Creek consists of 1,440 single family homes located in southeast Richardson with consistent participation.

RDC-HOA is divided into five sections: Northeast, Northwest, Southeast, Southwest, and Hidden Creek. Governed by a Steering Board consisting of 4 elected o􀆯icers; President, VP, Secretary, Treasurer, 11 appointed Directors, 5 Section Leaders and 6 Chairs of Standing Committees. With the goal of “United for Fellowship, Safety and Civic Pride” which has become RDC-HOA’s mission statement.

Bringing neighbors together through RDC-HOA sponsored events:

Annual membership fee of $25.

General Membership Meeting in the Spring and Business Meeting in the Fall, both with informative guest speakers and catered dinners for the family.

Representation at City Council meetings and at the Mayor’s meetings with other HOA presidents.
